Macworld 2007 - The iPhone keynote.
Steve Jobs introduces the iPhone. I think this keynote is a good example for how innovative Apple is and a good way to learn how presentations should look like. Very interessting.

he should have mentioned that it’s a phone last not second (small complaint that doesn’t mean anything, and most of you won’t understand why)

It’s amazing how this guy puts the audience in transe (including me)!
It’s like being in the church.

You can rest assured that they are not the same at all.
But that doesn’t matter if the Dare is what you need …

The iPhone blew every other smartphone out of the water. Steve Jobs was absolutely right when he said it would revolutionise the mobile industry. Every other portable device immediately looked obsolete when placed next to the iPhone. Now look at every gadget that the smartphone companies NOW produce; emulators of the iPhone.

Its so pathetic. its a mobile phone with a touch screen, been around for years.
Funny cus the Ipod is an mp3 player, which had also been around for years before the Ipod came out, and u didnt have to use shitty Itunes to transfer music onto it or have to pay for the music for 79 stinking pence a track.

If you want to make that point, there have been many smartphones that have done this (Internet, WiFi, GPS) before Apple brought out the iPhone.
I happen to think that the iPhone does these things (excluding GPS, I can’t use my phone to get turn-by-turn directions yet, which I think is a shame) much better and with more grace than those smartphones, but Apple is not covering new ground yet.. just improving it.
